Information we collect

Your full name, phone number, email address, selected Ghanaian delivery region, and details of packages shipped under your account. Payment references recorded against invoices are also retained for accounting.

How it is used

To generate your China warehouse address, identify your packages at the warehouse, prepare shipments, issue invoices, coordinate delivery in Ghana, and send you account notifications.

Sharing

Warehouse and delivery partners receive only the information needed to handle your cargo (for example your shipping mark and destination). Personal data is not sold to third parties.

Security and retention

Access to customer records is restricted by database-level permissions. Records are retained while required for logistics, accounting and legal obligations.
