Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the BRN Logistics platform, including your assigned China warehouse address, package tracking, shipments, invoicing and delivery services.

1. The service

BRN Logistics receives packages at its China warehouses on your behalf, consolidates them into shipments, and delivers them to your selected region in Ghana. Your account includes a personal China warehouse address that must be used exactly as provided when ordering from Chinese suppliers.

2. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration details, use your assigned warehouse code on every order, and keep your login credentials secure. Packages identified only by your warehouse code without other markings may be delayed while our team matches them to your account.

3. Warehouse addresses

The official Chinese warehouse address, recipient name and shipping mark generated for your account may not be edited in the portal. Changes are handled through an administrative correction workflow so that packages already in transit remain deliverable.

4. Fees and payment

Freight, storage and delivery charges are communicated through invoices issued in your account. Packages may be held while invoices remain unpaid.
